dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 12/28/2025 Posts: 12477 Rating: (2722)	Hello; To resolve licensing issues, you have to contact Siemens technicians, through a Support Request: https://sieportal.siemens.com/en-ww/mysieportal/support-requests/create?lc=en-ww Note that you have 2 options when you reach the support request page, one of them is for licensing problems, click on Licensing and Authorizations and provide the required information. Note that the product designation needs the part number to be recognized. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
