 That screenshot doesn't give any info. Open the setup log and see what the installation errors are.

It may also help to start the setup by right-clicking ‘Run as administrator’.

Deactivate your antivirus software for the duration of the installation.

Download the installation file again to ensure that there are no corrupted files.
