Please provide a screenshots where all outputs of both blocks are highlighted and for both interfaces X01 and X02.

I never used that blocks simultaneously at the same interface, I think they do almost the same and occupies the same communication channel. I think this could be seen at connctor YTS of DPDIAG FB at X01. It has value 16#605A:

Another thing I see is that only that FB works that is placedfirst in run-sequence:

DIAPRO at X01 (3/9 in run-sequence) and DPDIAG at X02 (3/11 in run-sequence).

So I think you could try to place both DPDIAG blocks in an interrupt task (which is called not so frequently) instead of cyclic task and look how this configuration will work.
