Hello...

I have 2 Questions related to S7 200 Smart PLC Prgramming.

1) I have New Simatic S7 200 Smart PLC(CPUST60).I want to force input & Output.but when I force it,it does not turn on.It remains OFF.I have attached Screenshot of this.So Please tell me how to force I/O.

2) I am using  EM AI08- 6ES72883AE080AA0, I have searched a lot regarding scaling but i didn't find it.So please tell me how to scale AI.I didn't find any scaler block in instruction. So How to do Scaling for that ?   

 (Note:AI Signal:- 4-20 mA.)

By the looks of it, you are trying to force a 0 input to a 0. I have no idea what you are asking. The title is misleading, the screenshot has nothing to do with the topic, and from what i can see there are no analog values involved. 

Analog RAW values are read by the means of a WORD. 

Forcing an INPUT is never a good idea. Try allocating the INPUTS to a V-Memory bit and force that one. 

Please clarify your question, and we may try to start and help you. But this question makes no sense for us.
