SIPROM GA does not detect analyzer

I already sucessfully connect the oxygen analyzers with this software. You can even use a generic converter, such as one RS485 to ethernet converter, after you installed the software from converter, you can simuate one port to communicate with the analyzers to which the converter isconnected. Anybody want to connect it, you may drop a line to me.

 I tried to connect with RS485 to Ethernet converter. SIPROM GA  is not detect my analyser. Can you please send details to the connection (which port should i select serial or ethernet) on the software and convefter side any configuration required? give in details pleae
