Getting ADC error and sense error

Hi Siwarexi,

I have the same problem, i keep on getting ADC error and sense error even if I have a new load cell installed. This siwarex have been installed in a machine for about 5 years but without load cell, so it was not being used all along but it was powered up all the time. What could be causing this problem?

Hello Skaras,

Please connect your load cells to the Siwarex U module.

Afterwards measure the voltages directly on the Siwarec U module at the pins:
1.: Pin 12 (+) and pin 13 (-) (voltage is VDC)
2.: Pin 8 (+) and pin 9 (-) (voltage is VDC)
3.: Pin 10 (+) and pin 11 (-) (voltage is mVDC)

Which voltages do you have?
