S7 415-5H Fail Safe ET200SP

Dear Experts,

I have the below configuration & Problems, anyone have a solution on below issue,

error files are attached.

S7 400 FH System

CPU:      6ES7 412-5HK06-0AB0 – S7 412-5H

IM:         6ES7 155-6AU01-0CN0 – IM155 6 PN/2 HF

FDI:        6ES7136-6BA00-0CA0 – F-DI 8x24 Vdc HF

FDO:       6ES7136-6DC00-0CA0 – F -DO 8x24 Vdc HF

FAI:        6ES7136-6AA00-0CA1 - F-AI- 4Xi 4-20mA HF

We used theSimatic Manager V5.6 SP2 HF5Software to configure the project.

In Hardware Catalogue (Refer 01 HW catalogue image) havingtwo IM155-6 GSD’sAvailable.

Category 2.

• 6ES7136-6DC00-0CA0 – F -DO 8 channel not available,
• instead 4 channel available in PN 6ES7136-6DB00-0CA0
• 6ES7136-6AA00-0CA1 FAI module not available.

Category 1.

• GSD file downloaded from Latest ET200SP GSD update.
• All Above PN are available in the Catalogue.
• When FDI & FDO inserting the IM rack there is no error.
• When Inserting FAI in the IM rack there is Wrong F Par CRC error (Refer Image 03 FAI Config & 04 FAI error)
• (Refer Image 05 FAI PAR) all FAI modules having the Same F Dest address 65534 which is conflict to other F modules results the error code – Refer AI error text file.
• Programming the FDI & FDO in CFC charts, while compiling it gives an error – Refer image 06 FDI FDO compilation Error.
• IF FAI module added in HW & tried to change in S7 FCT tool, the module is still unavailable.

I'm using Step V5.6+Sp2+HF5. ET200SP configured thorough GSD file only. its downloaded from the latest link.

i want to make a sure of this ET200SP Fail safe configuration cannot set up with S7400H system ?
