Cannot create a new topic

Dear Jen_Moderator,

I tried to post a new topic but a pop up warning shown. My status was Logged in. Could you please advise what I have to do? Do I need to register another account for my new topic posting?

Hi Worapong,

you don't need to create a new account to post a new topic. This message is an issue that occurs from time to time - I'm sorry! 

Did you use parentheses in your post? Because sometimes you get the message to login when you have used them.

Please try to recreate your post without parentheses. If the issue again happens again, you can ask your question within an existing thread and I will split it or use the suggestion function and post your question there, I will then convert it as a post.
