Reinstall D7-SYS V8.0 on your PC. Retrive the project from archive again. Goto CFC-menu 'Options-Customize-Compile/Download', select 'System data from project folder' and don't update libraries on next step (there will be popup window with question about updating, press No), then try to compile.

 After the operation step , err change ,attached the log file. I guess the SMATI5 is a 3rd Lib by Supplier defined。

Library SMATI5 was created from blocks of standard libraries V618, now your project have imported libraries V620, that's why you have errors. You need to import V618 libraries or ask the author of SMATI5 to update it to V620.

When you retrive the project, before any actions what versions of libraries are imported (look at Options-Block types)?

 The original Versions must be V618. So I think maybe install D7-SYS V7 will back to V618 ，right?
