How to configura the OPC server in a MP370 panel?

Well, i think that if the panel try to save the file in the shared folder, or try to add new records if I use a unique CSV file, i think that if the panel get the data from the PLC every 2 seconds, for example, and try to save in the shared file, if the network is down, the record would be lose, the next read at the next 2 seconds will be tried to be saved again and so on.

To avoid to lose the record, the panel should to save in a local resource the records that couldn't be saved and try later, but I don't know if the panel does that.

I have seen that you have created several threads about the same question in different periods of time. Since I assume that you need urgent help due to the number of your topics that have been closed, I suggest you to create a SR.
