Hello.

I try to start up machine with central winder as in topic. Due to my system S7-315 PN DP and unwinder DC drive with Sinamics DCM 6RA8031-6DV62-0AA0 i picked an application Lcon S7-300 from https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/58565043.

From PLC side i have all ready for testing but i struggle with Sinamics DCM because Starter script is only for S120 and G120 series. I cant find in manuals which parameters i need to set in drive so i prepare a drive G120 in starter and execute script to see which parameters changed. And next i tried to set communication parameters the same as executed in my drive but there is a lack of some parameters in expert list. I established communication and see some data from drive but cant start it even in jog mode and have an error 3101-4009 from LCon-winder block.

If anyone started winder with this Lcon application on similar equipment and can help me with this topic?

We have other winders and unwinders based on S7-300 or S7-400 systems and old Simoregs DCM so if i managed with this one it will be a good base for exchange simoregs to sinamics in future (simoregs are very old inverters and we have many malfunctions with them stops production lines so the plan is to replace them for sinamics DCM on all machines eventually)
