CP-1242-7 V2 Card for telecontrol server application – Diag LED and Network LED red

Hello Everyone,

I am using CP-1242-7 V2 Card for telecontrol server application. I have established connection using Airtel Sim but when i try to use BSNL Sim, I am not able to establish the connection. The Diag LED flashing RED and Network LED- RED (Not flashing). I have done all the configuration for Sim such as PIN, APN username and password.

I am using CP card along with S7-1200 CPU.

CP CARD- 6GK7 242-7KX31-0XE0

CPU- 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0

Please provide some urgent help.
