Connecting an S7 200 with electronic scale

HDMan Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Hang on there, the port on the CPU is RS485 so you will need to convert from 485 to 232 in order to talk to that scale. Then simply use Freeport mode of the PLC. I also highly suggest using the premade PC/PPI cable in the 232/485 flavor. Mike
