LWE not accessible since 0BA1

a.piquerel35 Regular Member Joined: 6/20/2020 Last visit: 10/22/2024 Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	Hello, i need help because i'm using a program loaded via LOGOSoft comfort V8.3.1 and a website via LWE version 1.1.1 on a Siemens LOGO 0BA8 logic module. My problem is that on our latest delivery devices (0BA1), access to the website is almost impossible, the loading is permanent but without result or many times longer. Tested with several logic modules, several network cables, several memory cards and several PCs. The problem comes from the version of the PLC. OK on 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA0 Not OK on 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 In both cases the program is the same, custom site activated in Web user, in http (not https). It's ok with all 0BA0 with the 1.83.01 and 02 firmware. But not with the 0BA1. I tested starting from a new project and I added some simple objects and the problem is the same. The loading time is very slower in this case. My final projet have more objects but not a lot, and it's very fast on the 0BA0, but impossible to access with the 0BA1. Siemens Developpers : Can it be faster in https? If yes how to activate it because it asks for a certificate The 0BA0 has no firmware V1.83.x. The 0BA0 has firmware V1.82.x. If you only post here in the forum then became you no answer from Siemens. If you want an answer from Siemens then start a Support Request. I use https and it's not faster. For installing certificate take a look at the current manual, chapter 11.4. LOGO! manual

Even slower, I can't even load the page. This is a real problem for me because I have two machines that I manufacture with an embedded website and users can no longer access them since the change to 0BA1 I tried a ticket at the Siemens hotline but they don't see a problem. For my part, I have tried a lot of different hardware configurations and different PCs and it is only the 0BA1 that is the problem.

And if the support says that there is no problem, then the information is wrong. The fact that loading an LWE project into LOGO! 8.3 takes much longer than loading the same project into LOGO! 8.2 has been criticized here in the forum from the start since LOGO! 8.3 was released. Depending on the type and scope, the projects run on a LOGO! 8.3 in different browsers with errors or not at all. I have found that. Take a look at this topic in the German speaking part of the forum: Ladezeit des LOGO Webservers bei RUN-Status extrem lange Read the post from the account "LOGO! Support". It's also a official statement of Siemens.
