Magical data review for logo soft update 8.3

Hi, I asked authorization for the logo 8.3 update and received an email asking to modify the company name which i did but now how can i know my authorization will be proceed after my modifications?

would the support center margically receive all my account updates and know i was waiting for an authorization review???????

Hi mutechpk,

you have to complete a separate registration,because it's an export restricted download. The approval and review of your data can take 1-2 weeks.
Unfortunately we moderators are not able to help you, so I can only recommend to contact the support of the Mall and forward them your issue:

You cannot download this file, since your registration inquiry is still being processed.

Please note: due to the manual review, the registration may take several days.
You will get a confirmation e-mail as soon as your download registration is finalized.
You can download the software packages with export restrictions only when you have received the positive confirmation.

In the meantime, have you received a confirmation e-mail?
Please note that the duration of the examination varies depending on the volume of requests for export approval. As a rule, the check takes 2-3 working days as long as all relevant data has been filled in correctly. For more details please refer to this FAQ: Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?

Hello ruben4730,
I checked with the responsible person and received the information that if a user was rejected and needs to adjust the personal information, the user also need to make the download again. This action instruction is also included in the mail, if the data provided was insufficient: "After making the corresponding alterations, please request the right to download export-restricted software again."
I have also received information that your data is now correct and that your application has been received.

just to clarify . i do know how to read and follow instructions but how to proceed  'after following instructions' was unclear.  in my brain the company flowchart has flaws. 

there is no clear information as how to ''' request the right to download export-restricted software again'''emphasizing''''AGAIN''''since the only was to do so is when you register in the first place.

which is irrelevant now because, yes, now i can download the update.

You can give your feedback on this in the feedback form at the FAQ that I linked to you.

Please note the following for the future:
After two years you will receive an e-mail asking whether the authorization should be extended. If you do not confirm this, the check must be carried out again.
