mm440 analog input voltage dropping

In idle condition 10vdc coming on ANI1and ANI2 but when we connect potentiometer and check voltage we found only 6vdc.so we tried to replace potentiometer but problem is same. my parameter setting for speed reference is P1080-0 ,P1082-50 , P2000-50. Pls suggest me what is the problem with drive????? Regards, Pankaj Tiwari

See attached block diagram, what do you mean by ANI1 and ANI2, the actual analogue value? If you are receiving 10V, why are you connecting a pot? Or are you simply measuring the 10VDC output for the pot? I first thought it sounds like an EMC issue, but what is actually connected to the analogue terminals? Have the DIP switches for the analogue channels been disturbed? they should be set to OFF. What have you selected for the analogue parameters? pankaj_054 Experienced Member Joined: 3/13/2019 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 174 Rating: (2)	No sir problem is not yet solved i have reseted drive to factory data set and again programmed it ,dip switch position is at off for 0-10vdc.Also i have linked terminal 2 and 4 and wire potentiometer but at idle condition 10vdc output coming but when drive state changed to run mode then analog output voltage got drop to 7vdc only so my drive run only on 37hz. My reference frequency p2000-50Hz and maximum frequency is 50hz. I think problem is with drive analog input circuit......

Try connecting the 0/10 volt supply from the drive direct into the analogue input, without using the potentiometer, this will give full speed but would provide a test, check the analogue input for stability. Also, test analogue input 2, in this way. Tractor
