Hi, we need to understand the issue first. See attached block diagram, what do you mean by ANI1 and ANI2, the actual analogue value? If you are receiving 10V, why are you connecting a pot? Or are you simply measuring the 10VDC output for the pot? I first thought it sounds like an EMC issue, but what is actually connected to the analogue terminals? Have the DIP switches for the analogue channels been disturbed? they should be set to OFF. What have you selected for the analogue parameters? what is the value of the potentiometer, it should be 10k |
