automatic motor start based on overall runtime. Two motors.

I have two motors, only one of them needs to start, it should choose one of the motors based on overall runtime automatic. the timer also needs to keep the overall runtime for each motor even if there is an poweroutage. I'm pretty new to LOGO. Sorry for any spelling mistakes english is not my first language.

If I understand you correctly, you want to switch on the motor with the lowest total running time for every motor request. Correctly? If so, then you also have to consider the case that both engines can sometimes have the same total running time.

This counts the minutes of the running time of a machine e.g. a motor. The problem is: The LOGO! ist created only for integer values. The compare function (analog comparator) is only for this integer values (16 bit). But the OT-time is a double integer value (32 bit). So I have created a UDF for comparing 2 double integer (DInt) values. In attachment an example and the UDF. Attachment Compare_the_OT_times_of_2_hours_counters_0BA8.Standard.zip (331 Downloads)
