How to use PID controller in Siemens PLC s7-200

Ahmad Altonji Regular Member Joined: 12/6/2016 Last visit: 6/12/2023 Posts: 57 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a CPU 224 with two expansion modules , EM231 TC (for thermocouple) and EM232 (for analogue output from 0 to 10 volts) I am making an application for a Heater current control via analog output, which should be set to a on the 100 degree temperature,I need to make a PID for this I want the wizard MicroWin . Example: The lowest temperature is 30 degrees The highest temperature is 100 degrees If it is 30 degrees, I want to output 10 volts As the temperature increases, the voltage decreases until the temperature becomes 100 degrees and the analog output is 0 volts I have filled the following, can not get the PID function : EN = SM0.0 PV = AIW0 SP = VD200 OUTPUT = AQW0 In the call to the subroutine PID , I put the variables are: PV = must be a value between 0 and 32000 from thermocouple Set Point = must be a value between 0 and 100 Output = that value is that should between 0 and 32000 or 0 to 10 v ? Someone can tell me the solution? Thanks

[ What are S7-200 programming tips and where can you procure them? ] Focus on tips 53 and 54 presented in the "ALL_TIPS_1208_E.zip" download. FIGURE 1: List as seen from "all_tips_1208_en/Tips/English/START_ENGLISH.htm".
