WP321: service mode doesn't turn on

Hi,

In the ready to use of wp321 program, In DB_WP321, 'i_CMD_CODE' value is showing 1 when i pressed the service mode button in HMI. but service mode was not turn on. i don't know why?  also, bo_CMD_TRIGGER is showing true , bo_CMD_Inprogess is showing false, bo_CMD_Finishedok is showing false and bo_CMD_FinishedError is showing False.
