Cannot download PLC and NCU in stations

Dear sir,

We are currently seeing some issues.  Under PCU50 there are ST03,ST4,ST5,ST7,ST8,Areserve and among them there is a master station.  When we select the master station in PCU50, the upper right side shows CH-Master.  Similarly displays ST03,ST07.  But selecting any one of ST04,ST05 and ST08 does not display anything at the top right side.  Because of that I could not download PLC and NCU in those stations.  Added some pictures. Please tell us the solution path.
