ET200SP I/O Compatibility

Sorry about lot of questions as I am new to HW selection. We have S7 v5.6 with S7-400 AS and ET200SP I/O system:

CPU: 412-5HK06-0AB0

IM: 155-6AU00-0CN0

DI: 131-6BF00-0BA0

DO: 132-6BF00-0BA0

We are planning for system expansion but since above IM & I/O are obsolete so compatibility of new planned I/O is a concern. I cannot verify compatibility with TIA tool since old I/O modules are not present in database. Below are new I/O modules planned for expansion:

AI: 6ES7134-6GF00-0AA1

AO: 6ES7135-6HD00-0BA1

Can you please confirm compatibility of AI/AO module with existing IM and DI/DO modules. If these are not compatible, then should we add a new Profi-node in the system with new IM and will new IM and old IM can run together. Please also suggest if any other AI/AO that are compatible with existing IM and are not obsolete.
