Abbreviations in the manual on ET 200M HART analog modules

What is the meaning of the following abbreviations and word-combinations that are found in the ET 200M HART analog modules manual (Edition 09/2005, A5E00434623-01):

HMD, GAP timeout, SHC, OD active?

Unfortunately, I only can give you the pages according to the German Edition of the manual, and I am not sure they are the same as those of the English Edition, but I hope they are not far from one another:

HMD – p. 7-2 (Table 7-1), p. 7-12 (Tables 7-4, 7-5)

GAP timeout - p. 7-12 (Table 7-5)

SHC - p. 7-12 (Table 7-5)

OD active – p. 7-4 (Figure 7-2)
