Hello Franck; The S7-1214C can use its first 6 input as high-speed counters (HSC), with a max. frequency of 100 kHz on the first 2 HSC. The screenshot below, from the datasheet of the S7-1214C AC/DC/RLY, confirms this. This document provides details on the S7-1200 HSC: There are many posts on the forum discussing the connection of a pulse flowmeter with HSC inputs of a S7-1200. This one points to example applications that you could find useful; if you want to look at more discussions, use the search box at the right of this page. https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/ca/en/posts/pulse-flowmeter/221002 Hope this helps, |

Good evening Dchartier, after being inspired by the links you sent me, here is the program that I was able to write concerning the reading of the real volume of the liquid which passes through a flow meter via its pulse output with the PLC1200. Please take a look to give me some guidance on what's missing. Thank you for helping me. Sincerely AttachmentREAD FLOWMETER PULSE TO REAL VOLUME.zip (381 Downloads) |
