Master CPU stop due to IO error

Hi team,

we are facing problem in one of the site that in S7 416 redundant CPU.

we have more then S& CPU's, but In few CPU's, master CPU stop due to IO error   

this type of situation is happening in few CPU's.

we have controllers with intelligence field devices.

the error code in controller is 

Event ID 16# 494D

No relevance for user (Z1): 9424

No relevance for user (Z2): 59ad (Z3): 0106

can anyone share details, what is responsible for above error code ?
