Can we replace existing ET200S counter module with this successor type from ET200SP family? any changes required in the software side like updating of hardware configuration? Does the new ET200SP counter module has same resolution?

Does the new ET200SP counter module has same resolution? You can't change an ET200SP module to a ET200S rack. You need to change the complete ET200S rack to a ET200SP rack.
