iot2050 output go to high in boot process

I am currently using the IOT2050 in an application together with the I/O shield. I am facing a specific issue where the IOT2050 sets the digital outputs Q0 and Q1 to the "high" state during the device's boot-up process. This is causing equipment activation even though I haven't issued any commands to do so.

I would like to request your help and guidance on how to solve this problem. I need to ensure that the digital outputs Q0 and Q1 remain in their initial states until I send a specific command to activate the hydraulic pumps. Any suggestions or guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
