WP251 Weighing Finish Status

AutoGen_6958441 Member Joined: 3/30/2020 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	HI, I am using WP251 with S7 1200 CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC and start weighing by giving 1102 cmd and when it reach the target weight, AWI Status Weighing Cycle finish status did not on but take about 8s to on causing product to overflow. Can i know any way to rectify this problem Thanks, Baldeep

Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 10/15/2024 Posts: 1147 Rating: (175)	Hello Baldeep, You set the parameter “Settling time before standstill 2 (ms)” to 10,000 ms! (See also the attached file, please.) This time is started, when the fine valve is closing. Only after the “Settling time before standstill 2” (in your case: 10 seconds), the WP251 is doing the tolerance check, and the proportional-controller is updated. The parameter “Settling time before standstill 2 (ms)” is used, so that the material has enough time to settle down in a bin after a dosing, so that the current weight value is no longer fluctuating.
