Tare Process Value

AutoGen_6958441 Member Joined: 3/30/2020 Last visit: 10/26/2024 Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am Baldeep and i am using Siwarex WP251 With S7 1200 (CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC) to start batching and before i send cmd to start weighing, i already delete tare value. When the i receive awi weighing cycle finished signal when it reach the target weight, my tare process value is not 0.0 but some value of 0.02343126k. I am also getting Technology message 2001 Timeout Tare /Zero Settngs. Can I know any way or settings to have 0 tare process value when weighing cycle finished. Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 10/15/2024 Posts: 1147 Rating: (175)	Hello Baldeep, It’s not necessary, that you tare the WP251 before you start a dosing, because the parameter “Weighing start options” in DR25 is set to “with automatic taring”. That means, that the WP251 is doing automatically a taring, before the WP251 starts a dosing. Your taring is sometimes rejected from the WP251, because there is no standstill of the weight value. Your tare-command is only accepted from the WP251, when the weight value is not fluctuating. Best regards Siwarexi
