Hi!

I had the old Sipart dr19 controller. All seems working - the active setpoint the process value and even the error xd shows the correct values but after power up the "real" setpoint is set to the actual process value at that moment and the regulation occurs to that point.
If the active setpoint is changed after that by up/down buttons the working point also changes up/down but never goes to the active setpoint. 

Is there some specific settings that prevents the active setpoint to be "active"?

check parameter S90 and try to change.

Also relevant could be S45/S46, depend on other settings.

If this doesn't help, just send the complete parameter setting to the SIEMENS Support, they will help you.

I read all about active/inactive setpoints, setpoint ramping and tracking manual an automatic operation but the problem was trivial:

The setting of "working point" somehow was set to "automatic" (default setting) and after the power up the control signal offset (yo) was always introduced.
