Save WinCC values with VB in Excel (array size limited)

The measurement generates a large number of values. I set the array size of the parameters to 700 for each parameter. The VB crashes when writing the values to the csv file. I couldn't find out why it crashes. If the array size is less than 350, everything works fine. Is this due to WinCC or the 4MB card from the controller? Controller: S7-1200, CPU 1214C WinCC RT Advanced 128, V17 VG Ramsis
