cnc 840D SL Problem with drivers, profibus, topologia, NX15.

Hello everyone! I have a big problem on a machine with CNC 840D SL and NX15. The drives have red LEDs. A NX also has red LED on DP and Ready off. NCU with ready red led. Problem occurred after changing the Drive of one of the axes for a new module ( same module 6SL3120-2TE13-0AA3), the new one worked ok and after returning the old drive module, it started to fail. Recognition of new HW was done right. Also Check Sum "SI" the first time, but now it is disabled. I also noticed that the profibus screen contains an error. what is happening? see the attached images. Attachment118416.zip (477 Downloads) |
