Sinumerik 808D: Parameter to divide increments?

When operating with the external handwheel, it was now noticed that in the Z axis position, depending on the fine setting 1-10-100, the axis also moves as desired.
With the X axis, the value always jumps twice per increment.
0.100, 0.300, 0.500 etc.
In which parameter can you divide the increments?
On the control panel it works as it should!!!!

We have changed the parameter MD 31090 ,0 ,1 to 0.05.

If we now move on the MCP with the arrow keys and the subdivision 1, 10, 100 switched on, only half of it will be moved. The original setting was correct.
The external handwheel is connected to connections -X 10 and -X 301.

I assume that the parameter MD 31090 is for the basic setting.
Is there a parameter in which you can halve or configure the input signal that arrives at -X 10 ?
