Hello everyone, I have this error: internal system error (error code: 0x8000ad200000001c) - please contact simatic customer support in my cpu 1214C DC/DC/DC 6ES7214-1AG40-0XB0 after this error I can no longer see my PLC, it does not detect the address with the cmd and it does not allow me to reset it by inserting the simatic memory card. The run/stop led flashes between green and yellow, the error led blinking red and the maint led is blinking too.

Do you have any suggestions to resolve this?

 you can also try to perform a firmware update via SIMATIC Memory Card, even if the latest firmware version was already installed, it will be re-installed.

It is worth a try.

My memory is only 4 MB and the factory reset did not work with this memory so I need to buy the 24 MB memory and be able to load the firmware again because it is likely that the damage is in the Firmware.

I already contact the Siemens support but I still have no response.

before you buy this SMC, I definately recommend to wait for the respone from the support.

This is the answer from Siemens Support:

Had the same error, with no apparent logic. No connection to the PLC possible.

I made a new project from scratch and added the same PLC from the catalogue, no IO, no cards, and only a few logic blocks. And I could connect to it and download the hardware and software.

Then, I added all the IOs and everything.

Most likely a project glitch somewhere.

Might be worth a try before submitting a ticket with probably a really big response time.
