ET200SP and 8 AI analog module issue with analog linearity

AI 8xI 2-/4-wire BA

I have a configuration with CPU 1510SP-1 PN and 8 AI  (6ES7 134 6GF00 0AA1 v1.0)

I have connected a flow meter passive to I and respective U of the terminal for 4-20 mA input.

I receive count in IW register but these counts are not linear.

At 4mA the count hovers around 7000 to 8000.

After crossing 16mA there is linearity and at 20mA value status around 27648.

I changed the base, wiring even swapped module with another 4AI available.

I don’t see any change in the values.

Change in count at analog input change is not quick and ramps in it own pace.

what is the problem or mistake I am doing?

 Have wired in the designated places. These are not helping me for desired output.

have you tried increasing the smoothing?

Smoothing Produces a stable analog signal.

How are you producing a "linear" output from the flow meter in order to check linearity of the Analog input?

Is there a 'force' mode where you can force a given % flow rate or force a given mA output?  

Or are you turning a valve and assessing that the valve is at X% whereas the AI reads Y%?

Use the attached image to download the hardware configuration again.

At 4mA (0 signal), the AI should read ZERO (0).

At 20mA, it should read 27648.

At 50% (20-4)/2 = 8mA, the AI signal should read 27648/2=13

If those 3 signals read correctly, odds are your math was off, or, more likely, you forgot to download the hardware configuration (as shown in attached image) while offline.

Well I have downloaded the configuration properly,

The problem was with the type of sensor (Active Passive Connection).

The module is Active Type hence the sensor connecting to module should be passive.

Configured Passive connection on sensor Side and 

below connections on module.

Module side                      Krone Flow Meter Side

Uv                    --------------          A

I+                     ---------------         A-

This Worked for me.
