create faceplate which can open like Pop-up

AutoGen_5331570 Joined: 10/9/2024 Last visit: 12/4/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Experts, I have created HMI screens in WINCC RT Advance (Not Unified). I want to create faceplate which can open like Pop-up. Let say for the attached screenshot, I overlaid an invisible button on the pump, So whenever I click that button, a Pump faceplate opens up like Pop-up. How can I do this? If it is not possible then what can be best possible way to achieve what I want. Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 12/19/2024 Posts: 14458 Rating: (1806)	Hello AutoGen_5331570 If you have a WinCC Comfort/Advanced then you do not have that much possibilities... you can use Popup Screen with a Faceplate instance in it. To only have to use one of these Popup screens you can use a PLCUDT for the interface of the FP. If you have organized the PLC UDTs in an array then you can use the addressmultiplexing with symbolic addresses, then you can only set the array id by opening the Popup and the suitable instance is mounted to the FP. With this you can use the same FP instance + Popup for all instances of he same FP type. Bye Murof
