The link is also not helpful. Describe where you are stuck at. Some screen captures may help. Also the crash report. State which TIA Portal V16 flavour you are attempting to install and where did you get it. Bypass the volunteers on this user's forum, if you are in a hurry. Speak directly to Siemens by using the "Support Request" link for free assistance.
