Do you have two or more HMI devices controlling the same process, but only want one to take over and block the others? If so, I don't see how that relates to the movability of a pop-up screen. However, assuming po represents your PopupScreenWindow, you can disable dragging by doing the following:

po.WindowsFlags &= ~HMIRuntime.UI.Enums.HmiWindowFlag.CanMove;

you can also use a dummy Screenwindow and set the properties as needed for the popup:

then use a button or similar and read out the value of the property of this dummy object for example as a Trace in RTIL Trace Viewer -> you will get a numeric value.

This value you can also use for setting the property of your popup screen.

-> Sure if you have found the correct enum and combined them correctly it works also, but if you do not know how to use some kind of enums or property values you can always click it as you need and read out in simulation -> then you know which value is expected by the property to dynamize it
