We have cap share fault and power control fault in our drive gh180 we test the cap no strange value,after changing CCB the fault disppear no fault.

When WE start the drive in solo run test motor without load we get DC overvoltage fault in some cells what can be the cause please ?

If the motor ramp down rate is not restricted within the drive's capacity to absorb motor energy as it slows down, it will raise the DC bus voltage above the drive's DC bus max voltage parameter and cause the drive to fault - to protect the drive.
