I am currently developing a control system with the following architecture:
An S7-1500 CPU (1515), two ET200 peripheral stations, and a WinCC Runtime Professional V20 SCADA system.

The following situation occurs: during simulation of both the SCADA and the control system (PLC + peripherals), all information (PowerTags) is transmitted correctly from the PLC to the SCADA.
However, when I load the program into the real PLC and run the SCADA acquiring data directly from the actual device (not simulated), the information arrives only partially. Approximately 75% of the PowerTags update correctly, while the rest do not arrive or are lost during transmission.

Additionally, when I disconnect one of the peripheral stations, the SCADA once again displays 100% of the data coming from the PLC.

The PROFINET network is currently configured as follows:

• CPU port X1-P1 is connected directly to one peripheral station.
• CPU port X1-P2 is connected to an unmanaged switch. The SCADA server (standalone) and the second peripheral station are connected to this same switch.

The system handles approximately 3,000 PowerTags, linked directly to structured UDTs for each device (motor, valve, starter, etc.). In other words, the data is not transmitted tag by tag, but rather as complete structures.

I would like to consult the following questions:

1. Is it possible that the issue is related to PROFINET communication saturation due to the data volume and the current topology?
   As an alternative, I am considering using the X2 port to separate the cyclic traffic of the peripherals from the traffic destined for the SCADA. This improvement will be implemented later, but I would like to confirm whether it is normal to experience data loss with the current configuration, considering that this is a small- to medium-size project and the amount of data being transmitted is not particularly high.
2. Is there any tool within TIA Portal V20 that allows checking for lost telegrams, congestion, or potential bottlenecks in the network?
3. Are there any recommendations to optimize data transmission to the SCADA?
   For example, would it be more efficient to read a consolidated DB containing the SCADA information instead of reading each individual UDT?
4. How does the SCADA perform tag queries?
   In other words, does WinCC periodically read the entire tag table, or does it only read the tags associated with the screen currently being viewed by the operator?

I appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding this behavior.
