I can see in TIA what update is installed on my Eng. station, but not what update is downloaded to the system. Hope you have som advice on how to see this Regards Jens

Normally, the existing image is crucial for the update; you'll need to check which image version is installed on the panel. Best regards, Costanza

If you look at the attached pic. then it's made with WinCC RT Advanced, but in TIA I can't find where I can see what update the version on the HMI panel is If I go to the HMI panel would I then be able to see it?

This means that your project will be transferred to a PC that must have WinCC Advanced Runtime installed. The runtime version on the PC (HMIMainPanel) must match the device version in the project. I suspect it's V17. You can check your HMIMainPanel version in the TIA Portal project by right-clicking on your selection in the screenshot -> Select "Change Device/Version" in the device shortcut menu of the HMI device. In the dialog box that appears, the runtime version that must be installed on the HMIMainPanel PC will be displayed in the left pane. I know it's running on V16 but I'm not sure if it's running with update 6 or update 7 and that's what I'm looking for. Regards Jens
