Hardware Revision: 4
Current firmware version: V1.3.0

I am trying to upgrade the device firmware. However, the switch does not accept firmware versions V5. 2

Could you please advise how I can update the switch? I have not found any previous versions of firmware like v.4. etc.

Unfortunately, this version of the FW is too new for an update from my version. I got messages like “Firmware transfer is not supported”.

I suppose I need to flash an older version of the firmware, such as v4, at first.

Perhaps they have an older Firmware version.

Just need to reset settings to the factory defaults at first.
