Hello, can you verify that..

the IP address of your IOT2050 device is not a webpage. In case you want to open the Node-Red interface you need to address the port 1880. If you want to connect to your IOT2050 via SSH you need to follow the steps from our instructions.

Please follow the steps of our Getting started in case you have connection issues.

Please also make sure you are in the same subnet as your IOT2050!
