Alarm Control (Pending Alarms) Not Refreshing in Popup Faceplate

AmolGaikwad1200 Gold Member Joined: 2/5/2013 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 331 Rating: (75)	Hi everyone, I’m using an Alarm Control inside the Motor Control Faceplate, which opens via the `OpenFaceplateInPopup` system function from the Motor Object Faceplate. The Alarm Control is configured with AlarmSourceType = Pending Alarms. Issue: When the Motor Control Faceplate remains open, the Alarm Control does not update or show the latest alarms. It refreshes only after closing and reopening the Motor Control Faceplate. The same behavior occurs after acknowledging an alarm—the update is visible only after reopening the faceplate. Software : WinCC Unified V20 Update 4 Regards, Amol Gaikwad

It's possible that it's already known, but you can submit a support request just to be sure. However, an upgrade will be required to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can try using the current V21 version. Kind regards Stefan
