Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	following posibility we need to check: 1) go to hardware configuration, put online & see the status of module or use shortcut key "control D" SELECT on your module then you will see the status of module. 2) check the wiring.voltages & also check earthing by using a multimeter propertly. 3) if suppose your module is not working then put this module to another slot the reconfigure your hardware configuration & follow the same procedure. if your modlue is working it mean your plc previous slot is having a problem orit can bemodule is faulty. regards

AhmedFM Posts: 43 Rating: (0)	Hello Salman92 First: you need to make sure that all your HW conection is correct for ex (profibus connection to the interface module, the address of the node, voltage supply, and the data bus is connected to All SM). if you finish checking Second: the set point configuration in the program must be like the actual configuration in the site after that you can go online to see the status of the SM. Note you can spacify the type of the error from the Leds on the IM

Arunakat1 Posts: 217 Rating: (52)	Hello, A little bit more, if you are checking your I/O cards in a working PLC, just go on line and remove OB122 if it is their. (if it is not there and if you got and I/O access fault the CPU goes to stop mode.). Then simply see the diagnostic buffer of the CPU. From that you can fiend the faulty address of the module. After that you can check you inputs or out puts one by one. (If you have a test bench it will be easy.) Thanks and best regards.
