Calibrating Siwarex FTC

There exist two Getting Started projects for Step7 in the internet.

These projects contain eachoneWinCC flexibleproject for a HMI panel with visualisation and handling of the SIWAREX FTC asbelt scale.

A calibration is also possible.

The two Getting Started projects are different by using different error message systems.

One project is using the “Bit message” error message system” and the other project is using the “AlarmS” error message system.

The visualisation of the HMI panel is the same.

You can do a calibration with the HMI panel by following the steps below:

- Click the button “Menu” into the welcome page “Main_Scale_Screen_01”

- Click the button “Service activities” (Login with “admin” and “100”)

- Click the button “Scale adjustment”

- Fill in the parameters for the calibration

- In the picture 10/10 of the calibration parmeter, click the button with the arrow, which points from the HMI-panel symbol to the FTC symbol for downloading the changed data to the FTC module.

- click on the left-hand side the button “Adj.” for the calibration.

- Execute the calibration by using the buttons “Adjustment zero valid” and “Adjustment weight 1 valid” when the belt is on.
