HOWEVER, I still have BF2 led flashing along with EXTF and REDF leds (lit) on my CPU 414-4H side. What is the problem???

So, I switched the Profibus connector to the X2 DP port on the CPU and to my amazement, the PROFIBUS communication is established. I'm now able to access the IM153-2 modules. I now can see that the IM153-2 module has firmware V5.0.12. I need to update the firmware to V5.0.13. No BF1 and BF2 led faults on the IM153-2 side. HOWEVER, I still have BF2 led flashing along with EXTF and REDF leds (lit)on my CPU 414-4H side. What is the problem??? Thanks, scorpio888

Thanks, scorpio888 HI Scorpio888 For the last Problem of BF2 please go online in the Step 7 Hardware configuration you will find each Profibus node is online or not, Here you will find the Procedure for the IM 153-2 Update & Setup Also.
