PC ACCESS - S7200 with CP243IT

manassas Posts: 51 Rating: (0)	I would like to monitor and change data on the S7-200 via Excell. So I decided to use PC Access. Still no success. Components: S7-226 with CP243 Ethernet modul. Microwin V4.0 PC Acces V1.0.0.56 I am trying to connect in order to read or write data on S7-200 via ethernet modul but I have not been success yet. Any experience about that. Thanks in advance. Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi Erhan, have you configured an communication channel for the OPC connection because otherwise it does not work becuase MW has a different communication channel. This you can do if you run through the wizard. The IT module must be the server. The displayed TSAP's you has to enter into the communication settings of PC-Access. I hope this helps Regards Helmut

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi manassas, check your TSAP's oncemore because a TSAP of 02.00 can not work for a OPC (PC-Access) connection. Each communication channel on the CP243-1/IT has a different TSAP. In yourjpg you have anabled a HMI connection but you want to connect with PC-Access so I expect this is wrong. Your CP243-1IT looks to be placed as the 3rd EM in your application. Am I right? Run through the Wizardand configure an additional communication. For this channel configure a Server connection and select "accept all com requests". DO NOT CONFIGURE A HMI!!!! Note the displayed TSAP for the local properties! Finish the wizard and downoad it to the CPU via Ethernet. Now start PC-Access and select the right TSAP. Normally 10.00 for local and the TSAP displayed in the wizard if "Operator Panel" is deselected. Then it should work I hope this helps. Regards Helmut
