Can I connect analyzer RS232 to s7-1200 and read every 6 parameters?

I have water analyzer withRS232 output (its measurement 6 parameters of water and transmit it) Can I connectanalyzer to s7-1200 and read every6 parameters? tks

Normally yes. You need RS232 Communication module 6ES7241-1AH30-0XB0 Then you have to build up a PtP-Commuication in your S7-1200 program and read out the analyzer. regards |
