For communication between two CPU's there are several communication blocks available and some of them are AGSEND-AGRCV, XSEND-XRCV, GET-PUT, etc,. Revert back for further clarification.

SFC 67 "X_GET" SFC 68 "X_PUT" will work without any CP, you just need a MPI - network.
