VL Electronic Trip Units 576

BRenouf Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Has anyone experienced problems with setting the trip unit. We are having problems with naviagting through the menu. It is stuck on :continuous current A=, B=,C=. Whe holding down the "esc" key one can get it to scroll but unable to stop at a setting to change. Is ther a way to "reset" the unit to the default screen and start over. OR perhaps the unit is defective but as it is new, one would hope it is a glitch and not necessarily defective. Does read current in each phase (single phase testing) so one would assume that it might be partially working.

We have sent the breaker back and received a replacement unit (no refund on the defective unit of course).
